We proudly ship within the United States.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing may take slightly longer during peak demand or high-volume periods.
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after shipment. Shipping times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, high-volume periods, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Millton does not guarantee delivery by a specific date, and orders delayed due to carrier issues, weather events, or high-volume periods are not eligible for refunds or cancellations based on delivery timing.
Free Shipping
All Millton orders include free shipping within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Orders including multiple items may ship in a single package or in separate packages depending on warehouse availability.
If your items arrive in multiple shipments, please allow a few additional days for all packages to arrive before filing a missing item claim.
In-Transit & Lost Packages
Orders that are in transit are not considered lost or undelivered. Refunds and replacements are not issued for items actively moving within the carrier network. If tracking shows movement, the shipment is considered active and on the way. Tracking updates may occur in batches while packages move through sorting facilities.
A shipment is only considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 10+ consecutive days, or the carrier confirms the package has been lost. Until these conditions are met, the shipment is considered in transit.
Tracking
All orders include tracking once shipped. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment, and updates may appear intermittently while packages are in transit.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Delivered Orders
Once tracking is marked as Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Millton is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office and neighbors if delivery cannot be located.
Payment Disputes & Resolution
By placing an order, you agree to contact Millton for assistance before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing a dispute while an order is in transit may delay resolution and may void eligibility for refunds or replacements. Our support team is committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
